The article highlights differences in Accessibility & Usage, Safety & Reliability, Environmental Performance, and Efficiency & Integration, showing that economic strength and the scale of transport infrastructure do not necessarily translate into top-performing transport systems. Instead, balanced performance across all four dimensions remains key to a healthy transport system.
